Upkeep of the staircase and entrance
We clean stairwells and common areas in Lovech — from the front door to the top-floor landing. We agree on the schedule with the building manager or a nominated residents’ representative.

What the building needs to provide
- Unlocking and water — access to the building and a working water supply point.
- Clear stairs and landings — residents should put away shoes, bicycles and personal belongings; clearing them is not part of the visit.
- One contact person — who confirms the schedule, additional areas and feedback from the residents.
Stairwell cleaning prices
For one stairwell with 4 maintenance visits per month:

The indicative prices are for the whole stairwell, not an individual apartment, including cleaning products and supplies. For 2 visits per month, prices start at 40 €, and for 8 at 100 €.
Large landings, additional entrance doors and specific floor surfaces are clarified in the quote. Initial deep cleaning, windows and additional rooms are priced separately. For a building outside Lovech, we confirm service availability and travel in advance.
A schedule based on use
2 visits per month
For a small building with few residents and a slow build-up of outdoor dirt.
4 visits per month
Regular care for stairs and landings on agreed dates where there is continuous foot traffic.
8 visits per month
For heavier foot traffic, more pets or rapid soiling of the entrance level.
Extra care for the entrance area
For mud and wet footprints, we can arrange an extra visit just for the busy lower part.
Frequently asked questions
Are the basement, attic and outside area included?
No. They are listed as separate areas. Bulky waste removal, snow clearance and work at inaccessible heights are not part of upkeep.
Can we start with a one-off stairwell clean?
Yes. For a heavily soiled staircase, we prepare a separate quote for initial treatment, after which the regular schedule can begin.
How does the building manager receive confirmation of a visit?
We agree on a reporting method beforehand — an entry in a logbook or a message to the representative, with the date and tasks completed.
