Cleaning on every floor
We clean homes and houses in Lovech — from occupied rooms to internal stairs and bathrooms on different floors.
You can book the whole house or just the part in use. We offer one-off and regular visits, including weekends.

Floors, stairs and additional rooms
- Living areas — dusting accessible surfaces and furniture exteriors; vacuuming and washing suitable floor surfaces.
- Internal stairs — steps, edges, landings and handrails, using methods suited to the material, without moving heavy objects.
- Kitchens and bathrooms — worktops, sinks, sanitary fixtures and accessible surfaces; each bathroom and toilet is specified separately.
- Verandas, basements and garages — only areas requested in advance, cleared and safely accessible.
The garden, facade, roof and waste removal are not part of cleaning the living areas.

Starting prices are for one maintenance visit, including cleaning products and equipment. We count the requested rooms and stair areas, not the plot or unused floors. Extra bathrooms and complex staircases can increase the price.
Deep cleaning, windows, appliance interiors and textile cleaning are priced separately.
For a house outside Lovech, please specify the location — the visit and any travel costs are agreed in advance. We serve the city and the nearby area.
Seasonal and staged cleaning
Before reopening the house
The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms you will use take priority. Rooms kept closed over winter are listed separately.
A large property in stages
We agree on which floors to clean first and which to leave for a later visit, without overlooking the connecting stairs.
Upkeep of the occupied part
The regular schedule can cover the rooms in use, with guest rooms cleaned only before visitors arrive.
After a long period without cleaning
Accumulated dust, grease and limescale need more time. In this case, we discuss deep cleaning rather than standard upkeep.
What to clarify about the property
- Floor area by storey — which rooms are included and how many bathrooms there are.
- Access — unlocking the property, internal stairs and space to unload equipment.
- Water and electricity — whether they are available and on which floors.
- Condition — photos of rarely used rooms and delicate flooring.
If the house is unoccupied, check the water and electricity before the agreed date. Please tell us about leaks, mould or other hazardous contamination — these are not treated as ordinary dust.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book just one floor?
Yes. Please describe the rooms and whether the internal stairs leading to them also need cleaning; the other floors are not automatically included.
Is an inspection needed for a large house?
It helps when there are many rooms, different conditions on each floor or unclear access. If photos and measurements are sufficient, we can prepare a quote without a preliminary visit.
Do you clean holiday homes that are not used all year?
Yes, once the condition and access have been agreed. An unoccupied property is not necessarily lightly soiled; please say when the rooms were last cleaned.
Who can provide access if I am not there?
You can nominate a trusted person to unlock and hand over the property. We agree in advance on which rooms can be opened and who can approve extra tasks.
