What the cleaning includes
Rumi Shine offers apartment cleaning in Lovech — from upkeep of an occupied home to preparation for moving in or new tenants. You can book the whole property or just the rooms that need attention.
We bring our own equipment and cleaning products. We arrange one-off visits or a regular schedule, including weekends. The tasks and price are agreed before work starts.

The indicative prices are for one maintenance visit and include equipment and cleaning products. The minimum charge is 50 €. The number of bathrooms, furnishings and accumulated dirt affect the quote; windows, appliance interiors and textile cleaning are priced separately.

Choosing the right type of cleaning
A one-off refresh
For a well-maintained apartment that needs clean floors, dust-free rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom — for example, before guests arrive or after a gathering.
Regular upkeep
For an occupied home with recurring tasks. We agree on a weekly, fortnightly or other convenient schedule.
Deep cleaning
Accumulated grease, limescale and details left uncleaned for a long time require a wider scope than a routine visit.
Before moving in or letting
We plan the work according to the condition of the vacant property and requested extras, such as empty cupboards or appliance interiors.
How we plan the visit
An accurate quote depends on more than floor area:
- Rooms — the number of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and balconies.
- Condition — everyday dust, pet hair, grease or accumulated limescale.
- Furnishings and access — clear surfaces, delicate flooring and areas that can be reached safely.
- Priorities — the whole apartment or selected rooms and extra tasks.
Photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and problem areas help us estimate the time needed. Please tell us in advance about delicate materials or cleaning products you do not wish us to use.

Tasks by separate arrangement
We can add the following to the visit:
- washing windows, frames and glazed balconies;
- cleaning ovens, fridges and other appliance interiors;
- cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes that have been emptied beforehand;
- washing sofas, mattresses, carpets and other upholstered furniture.
These tasks are described and priced separately. Vacuuming a carpet or mattress is not the same as washing it; wet cleaning also requires drying time.
Limitations: waste removal, moving heavy furniture, hazardous work at height and post-renovation cleaning are not automatically included. Wear and deeply ingrained stains may remain.

Before we arrive
- Please put away valuables and fragile items, and clear personal belongings from worktops and floors.
- Please provide water, electricity and access; empty cupboards or appliances if interior cleaning has been requested.
- Please tell us about pets, delicate materials and any known damage.

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No. We bring the necessary products and equipment. Access to water and electricity is required; please tell us in advance if you have specific requirements for the products used.
Are windows and appliance interiors included?
Not automatically. You can add them to your request; we confirm the specific tasks and extra charge before the visit.
Can you clean just the kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We prepare a quote for selected rooms or tasks. The minimum charge per visit is 50 €, and more intensive treatment is priced according to condition.
How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on the floor area, number of bathrooms, furnishings and extras. We give an estimate after a description and photos, rather than promising the same number of hours for every home.
Do I need to be there throughout the visit?
No, provided access and the handover have been agreed in advance. It helps to set out your priorities at the start and nominate a contact person.
Can I book regular visits?
Yes. We agree on the frequency, recurring tasks and a convenient day, including weekends. For ongoing upkeep, please also see our subscription cleaning.
