With subscription cleaning in Lovech, we reserve a set number of visits each month. We agree on dates, rooms and recurring tasks, without you having to make a new booking each time.

What we specify in the subscription
- At every visit — the specific rooms and the recurring task list for them.
- Periodically — for example, detailed shelf dusting or cleaning a rarely used room on specified dates.
- Reporting — how to confirm the date and completed tasks with the nominated contact person.

Monthly plans for properties up to 50 sq m:

The starting monthly prices include the specified number of maintenance visits, cleaning products and equipment. Deep cleaning, windows and textile washing are not automatically included. For apartment buildings, see the stairwell and common-area prices.
For addresses outside Lovech, we agree on availability and travel before the plan starts.
Changes to the plan
Moving a date
Please let us know before the agreed day. We confirm a new date according to availability.
Absence or a public holiday
We agree on access in advance and on which visits remain scheduled.
An extra visit
We agree on the tasks and price separately before adding it to the month.
A change of scope
New rooms or extra tasks are listed with an updated price, not treated as an assumed part of the old plan.
Frequently asked questions
What happens in a month with five weeks?
A four-visit plan includes exactly four agreed dates. A fifth visit is added only by agreement, not automatically.
Is deep cleaning needed before a subscription?
Only where dirt has accumulated. In that case, we offer separate initial deep cleaning, before upkeep begins.
How long does the plan run?
Before starting, we record the duration, payment method and cancellation terms. We do not assume that every subscription must be annual.
