- Studio or small apartment – around €30–€50 for maintenance cleaning.
- One-bedroom apartment – around €50–€70 depending on area and condition.
- Two-bedroom apartment – around €60–€90 with standard level of dirt.
- Deep home cleaning – often starts from around €80 and can reach €200 or more for larger or heavily soiled properties.
- Hourly cleaning – approximately €10–€20/hour depending on the tasks and number of visits.
Indicative prices for offices and properties
- Small office up to 50 sq.m – price by agreement according to visit frequency.
- Office 50-100 sq.m – approximately €80–€200 per month with regular maintenance.
- Larger offices, practices, salons, and commercial properties – individual offer.
- Regular cleaning – can be calculated per visit, per hour, or monthly.
- Price per sq.m – calculated as an individual offer according to the type of cleaning, area, and condition of the property.
What affects the price?
